Oxford Row Parking Ramp: FREE 2 Hr. Customer Parking is available in the Oxford Row Parking Ramp located at E 6th and Locust (entrance is south of Locust on E 6th). The ramp is approximently 1/2 block from Jett and Monkey's Dog Shoppe!
